MockTestly ("we", "us") cares about your privacy. This policy explains, in plain English and বাংলায়, what data we collect when you use our IELTS mock test platform, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
1. What we collect
- Account info — name, email, profile picture (if you sign in with Google).
- Mock test data — your answers, scores, time spent, attempts.
- Speaking recordings — audio you record for speaking practice (used only for AI grading).
- Usage data — pages visited, device type, basic analytics.
2. How we use it
- To give you mock tests, AI feedback, and progress tracking.
- To improve the platform — anonymous, aggregated metrics only.
- To send you account-related emails (no marketing spam).
3. AI processing
Your writing and speaking submissions are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) only to generate your feedback and band score. The AI provider does not train its models on your submissions.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share with these processors only as needed:
- Hosting & database providers (to run the app).
- Google Gemini (for AI grading).
- bKash / Nagad / payment processors (only billing data).
5. Your rights
- Access, export, or delete your data anytime.
- Withdraw consent and close your account.

6. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it longer (e.g. tax records).
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data with care.
