1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to Premium and decide within 7 days that it's not for you, we'll refund 100% — no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
- Email hello@mocktestly.com with your account email and the bKash / Nagad / Rocket transaction ID.
- We'll confirm within 24 hours and process the refund within 5 business days.
3. After 7 days
After the 7-day window, refunds are not available, but you can cancel at any time and your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that, it's final.
5. Exceptions
- If you've used the platform extensively (more than 10 mock tests in your trial period), refunds may be partial.
- Accounts terminated for terms violations are not eligible for refunds.
6. Payment method
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method (bKash → bKash, Nagad → Nagad, etc.).
