1. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use MockTestly. If you are under 18, please use the platform with a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your account
- Keep your login credentials safe.
- One account per person — no sharing.
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't try to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the platform.
- Don't share copyrighted content uploaded by us (mock test passages, audio).
- Don't impersonate others or post abusive content on the leaderboard.
4. AI feedback disclaimer
MockTestly's AI feedback and band predictions are educational estimates designed to help you improve. They are not a substitute for an official IELTS examiner's score, and we don't guarantee you'll achieve any specific band on the real exam.
5. Payments
- Premium is billed in advance for the period you choose.
- All prices are in BDT (৳) unless stated otherwise.
- You can cancel anytime — see our refund policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account anytime from settings or by emailing us.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockTestly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
